Our Practice

We are a friendly independent practice in the Tile Hill area of Coventry.

Established in 1984 we cater for both NHS and private patients. Our philosophy has always been to offer the very best in eye care, always putting our patients needs first. We have invested in the latest equipment and place emphasis on a thorough eye examination

We train students for professional examinations in optometry and we undertake a wide range of eye health checks. We are proud of the level of individual care we provide enabling you to see clearly and comfortably.

When visiting our practice for an eye examination we will confidentially record your symptoms and history. It is very helpful for us to know if you are taking any medication. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING A LIST OF THE MEDICATION YOU ARE TAKING WITH YOU. After a full eye examination, the Optometrist will discuss the changes that have taken place in your vision and tell you about your ocular health. If we feel it is necessary we will inform your doctor of any abnormalities or health issues that we have detected.

In order to ensure that your eyes are healthy we recommend regular eye examinations.

Children should visit every six months, or once a year dependent upon how quickly their prescription changes with growth. Generally it is wise for adults to have an eye examination every two years but if you use a VDU as an integral part of your job we would recommend an annual check.

When we have completed the examination, we usually recommend when you should visit us next.
