We have a machine to measure your retinal pigment density. This tells us of your risk of ARMD. We would like to screen at risk patients who smoke or if they have a family member who suffered with impaired vision due to ARMD. The cost is £12.50  We recommend a supplement of meso-zeaxanthin for three months to reduce the risk of sight loss. This can double the density of the retinal pigment epithelium and help avoid problems when ageing.
